Full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Salary: $100,000-$105,000 per year with full benefits

Responsibilities:

Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Professional Counselor from an accredited program.
Active Maryland state license as LCPC.
At least 2 years of proven experience in providing clinical services
Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
Must be proficient with computer operations to include MS Outlook, Word, and other software products.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to complete documentation of clinical records in electronic health record system.
