If you're ready to make a significant impact in the mental health field, we have an exciting opportunity for you at our organization as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of our mental health care approach, performing evaluations, providing therapy, and documenting care plans that can change lives. Your typical day will involve delivering culturally sensitive biopsychosocial assessments for individuals dealing with mental health issues and substance use. You'll also conduct therapy sessions and design actionable treatment plans to guide your clients toward recovery and well-being. Plus, your connections with community resources will allow you to refer patients to necessary medication and support services, ensuring they get comprehensive care. We believe in the power of data, so you’ll also be involved in quality improvement initiatives that help us enhance our services. To thrive in this role, you should have a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, along with an active LCSW license in California. With at least 2 years of clinical experience under your belt, familiarity with electronic health records will come in handy too. In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, along with benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan with contributions, generous paid time off, and life insurance.
