· Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
· Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State
· Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
· Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
· Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
