We are Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Are you passionate about supporting mental health and making a difference? We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) to join our growing team in Maine.

About the Role:

This full-time role (onsite or remote) offers the chance to collaborate with a supportive team while helping young people navigate life’s challenges. Whether you prefer working from home or in an office setting, we’re flexible to suit your needs.

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and care teams.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year with benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC in Maine
  • Experience working with diverse individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow
