With a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, this role is perfect for dedicated individuals looking to grow in their careers while helping others. In this position, you’ll perform assessments, set individualized therapy goals, and lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that truly engage your clients. You’ll maintain accurate documentation of client progress and continuously evaluate outcomes to ensure everyone is moving forward. It’s important that you connect clients with local community support systems, and you’ll be offering psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups. Your task will also involve recording and managing therapy plans, and at times, providing direct care assistance when necessary. To thrive in this role, a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology or Social Work, is essential, along with a license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT. If you have two years of hands-on experience, it could be the start of something incredible. Enjoy the rewarding experience of personal connections and professional growth while benefiting from full health coverage, student loan forgiveness options, and generous paid time off. Don’t hesitate—take that first step toward a fulfilling career with us today and join our mission of nurturing mental health!
