Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Sedona, AZ
chedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
We’re hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to support our residents in regaining independence and quality of life. Join a skilled team at a Skilled Nursing Facility where your work truly matters—and your caseload allows time to provide the care each patient deserves.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate residents’ functional abilities and needs
- Design customized therapeutic activities and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Arizona
- Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred
- Patient-first mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
