As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our company, you'll be responsible for delivering individualized care based on each patient's unique needs. To join our team as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you need either a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy along with an active Physical Therapist license in Colorado. Additionally, we require at least two years of hands-on clinical experience and strong manual therapy skills. Experience with EMR, especially WebPT, is also beneficial for succeeding in this role.

The work schedule for an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our facility is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This structured schedule is designed to provide a healthy work-life balance, making it easier for you to focus on patient care and your professional development.

In this role, an Orthopedic Physical Therapist can expect to manage a patient volume of 1-2 patients per hour. This low volume allows you to dedicate ample time to each patient, ensuring that their treatment plan is personalized, effective, and supportive of their recovery journey.
