We leverage a variety of channels, including email, text, push notifications, direct mail, paid media, and digital product initiatives, to create impactful changes in customer value.
This role will own and manage one of our most important customer journeys: the Onboarding and Early Life programmes (for customers who signed up less than three months ago). You’ll report to the Senior Growth Manager and collaborate closely with the Product, Acquisition and Creative teams to ensure we maximise retention for new customers and develop strategies to build long-term customer habits. Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in managing marketing communications and project delivery for key business propositions, such as price changes and new menu launches.
We’re seeking an experienced manager with strong commercial acumen, a bias toward action, and the ability to challenge the status quo. You’ll continuously evaluate new opportunities to drive growth and retention within the onboarding space while being instrumental in devising and executing strategic plans that enhance Gousto's growth trajectory and trading performance.
This is a great opportunity to own an impactful area within the business and drive meaningful growth within Gousto.
As a Growth Manager, your impact will be huge in driving the business forward.

Own and manage the Onboarding and Early Life programme, working closely with the Senior Growth Manager to set the longer-term strategic direction for this area
Become an expert on our CRM platform (Braze), automating complex campaigns for email, content cards, in-app messages, and push notifications
Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and implement multi-channel marketing plans that effectively drive average orders per user and customer retention

Align with the broader Growth Marketing team to maximise effectiveness across channels and ensure consistent messaging and strategy
Continually assess performance through proactive KPI setting and retrospective analysis, identifying future growth opportunities and areas for improvement
WHO YOU ARE
Significant and demonstrable marketing experience across multiple channels, with a depth of experience in CRM (preferably Braze).
Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, with a clear bias toward action and the ability to deliver results at pace. Experience within a subscription business or e-commerce is a plus.
Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of challenging the status quo and driving impactful changes.
Confident in independent project managing end-to-end campaigns that require cross-functional input and execution.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and influence senior stakeholders.
Good understanding of customer targeting and segmentation techniques.
