Role Title: Senior CRM Manager

Here at Gousto we have an exciting oppurtunity for a Senior CRM Manager. Reporting into the Head of Growth you will lead our CRM, engagement and innovation function, be responsible for optimising our Martech stack and capabilities through new channel and data capabilities, identifying new tools to enhance our communication strategies, our CRM metrics (OR, CTR, App Visits) and be a key stakeholder in working with a tech squad to improve our digital and comms experience.
The growth team at Gousto is responsible for driving frequency and retention across the entire customer lifecycle. We use a combination of multi-channel CRM comms, digital product, discount optimisations and engagement initiatives to create step-changes in value.
You’ll have an amazing Growth Manager reporting to you, who will support you with our CRM operation improvements, data optimisations and comms and engagement strategy, as well as help a/b test new initiatives.
