We're looking for creative minds to build exceptional experiences for the production community.As the head of Demand Generation, you’ll drive pipeline generation by targeting and delighting large prospect accounts in the entertainment industry, along with the sales team members who own the relationships with them.This position is responsible for Demand Gen campaign strategies aimed mainly at high-value company accounts and the top professionals who run them, as well as overseeing the execution and measurement of all DG efforts against goals, including SMB. You’ll lead a small team that utilizes technical tools to read signals across key buyer personas, then acts on those signals with digital and curated experiences that generate pipe and move accounts through the buying journey in a meaningful way.About you:You are obsessed with making prospects beam like they’re children again. You lead your teams to do that by leveraging every piece of knowledge you can soak up about prospective businesses and their interests, then serving them timely experiences that engage them on a deep level. While you are a team player who delegates gracefully and works collaboratively across marketing domains – from Brand to PMM to Content to Ops – you’re no stranger to design and presentation, and your organization and reporting skills are second to none.You pride yourself on wow factor, and set a high bar for yourself and your staff in terms of measurable impact to: funnel creation, funnel movement, and time to close. You’re accustomed to owning the number and inspiring your team members to surpass it. Meet Wrapbook.What you’ll do:• Manage overall Demand Gen strategy, working cross functionally with stake holders and team members• Learn the deep inner workings of buying units at film and television production companies, working with PMM as an input and output on buyer personas• Work with the Sales team to identify and tier the top accounts, keeping the target account list updated with progress as well as new opportunities• Create account plans for specific accounts, groups of accounts, and the individuals in their core buying units• Ideate and execute on innovative campaigns to engage with accounts, mainly at a 1:1 and 1:few level – while providing guidance and feedback to your Demand Gen team for ongoing 1:many campaigns• Develop metrics to measure the performance of ABM efforts across accounts, and present them on an ongoing cadence• Triage accounts as opportunities increase, prioritizing the best use of individualized approach vs broader tactics on a case-by-case basisWhat you’ll have:• 7+ years experience in Demand Gen marketing strategy for SaaS companies• 3+ years experience people management experience• Deep knowledge of best practices across multiple channels: email, paid, ABM, video, etc.• Experience with Salesforce campaign management at an account level• Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation software• Experience partnering with lead gen teams on acquisition / awareness programs, with an understanding of content strategy for upmarket audiences• Proven track record of improving win rates and time to close via DG campaigns• Crisp metrics tracking and presentation skillsNice to haves:• Some background in film and TV production, or marketing to this industry• Technical experience with implementing and running ABM-specific software and/or customizing solutions within SalesforceWhy Join UsAt Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product.In addition to a competitive salary and all the benefits you can expect from a fast-growing technology company, you’ll get access to a team of creative problem solvers and the chance to see your contributions make large impacts.
