Accounting Analyst

We are a company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to local governments. We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team and support the GovOS Accounting department in achieving a 5-day month-end close.

Skills

Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a rapid growth environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Enter invoices into the accounts payable system with accuracy and completeness
Manage accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries
Ensure timely and accurate invoice approval from budget approvers
Proactively monitor customer accounts and prioritize collection efforts

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred
