The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, automation, and maintaining the reliability and performance of our cloud-based services. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure while implementing best practices and innovative solutions.Responsibilities:• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure.• Monitoring and Incident Response: Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure quick response to any incidents. Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.• On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and infrastructure.• Automation: Create and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Work on capacity planning and scaling strategies to handle growth efficiently.• Security: Implement and maintain security best practices across the AWS infrastructure. Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and policies.• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new features and services.• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of the infrastructure, processes, and procedures. Ensure knowledge sharing across the team.Requirements:• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field.• AWS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, and IAM.• Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
