As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing various flooring projects from start to finish. Your exceptional skills in organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving will be put to the test as you coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects.This position requires 2-5 years of experience as a flooring PM, and while experience with RFMS is preferred, it's not required.Position Responsibilities:- Manage multiple flooring projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently and within budget-Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to determine project requirements and specifications-Develop and maintain project timelines, making necessary adjustments as unforeseen circumstances arise (we can't predict everything, but we can certainly adapt!)- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality standards are met (think of yourself as the flooring detective on a mission!)- Serve as the point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns (communication skills will be your secret superpower!)Position Essential Job Functions:- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease (juggling is not just for circus performers, it's for project managers too!)-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills (no problem is too challenging, especially when you have the right tools to measure twice and cut once!)-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (building rapport with team members is a soft skill that will pay off with hard results!)- Attention to detail (sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest impact, like perfectly aligned tile patterns or finding that missing sock)- Strong leadership ability (you'll be the captain steering the flooring ship, guiding your team towards success!)Benefits: Our client company understands the importance of taking care of their team.
