Employment Law Attorney - job 3 of 4

Our dynamic and growing law firm is currently seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney with a plaintiff-side focus. We welcome applications from candidates with a background in defense who are looking to transition to a plaintiff-oriented practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong passion for employment law.Responsibilities:• Handle a variety of employment law cases on the plaintiff side, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on employment-related matters.• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.• Admission to the state Bar and in good standing.• 3-5 years of legal experience, with a focus on employment law.• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.• Previous defense experience is a plus but not required.Benefits:• Competitive salary based on experience.• Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.• Retirement savings plan.• Professional development opportunities.If you're interested in making a change, reach out to me today.
