Responsibilities

Assist the CLO in managing Axon’s legal and compliance teams
Develop and implement the legal strategy for M&A activities
Advise on Securities laws and reporting requirements
Lead due diligence processes for potential transactions
Identify and assess legal risks
Manage external legal counsel as needed
Prepare and present legal analyses on M&A activities

Education

J.D. from an accredited institution
Admission to a State Bar within the United States
