Our commitment to excellence and creativity sets us apart, and we are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our dynamic team.Controller Position Overview:As the Controller, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial strategy and support the company's growth and success.Controller Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models.• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting principles (GAAP).• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial planning.Controller Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.• Experience in the environmental graphics industry or a related field is a must• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunity to work in a creative and innovative industry.• Collaborative and supportive work environment.• Professional development and growth opportunities.If you have the necessary qualifications and are ready to make a change please send your resume to joseph.parhamiv@gogpac.com.All conversations are confidential!You can also reach me at (469) 868 2398 or message me at https://www.linkedin.com/in/joseph-byars-parham-506275283/
