The ideal candidate will have experience in general liability/insurance defense. Firm offfers a great work environment with professional and financial growth. They also offer remote work and have no set billable hour requirement.Position Details:• Responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.• Conduct accident scene inspections with experts, draft reports and analyze liability, causation and damages.• Conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions.• Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel and conduct legal research.Qualifications:• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
