If you have a keen eye for detail, love working with numbers, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, then this is the perfect role for you.Responsibilities:- Estimate the costs for commercial HVAC projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to accurately assess project requirements.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather all necessary information.- Analyze and evaluate project proposals, identifying potential risks and opportunities.- Ensure that all estimates comply with industry regulations, codes, and standards.Essential Job Functions:- Prepare and submit accurate and detailed project bids within specified deadlines.- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project planning and coordination.- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and support.- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and correspondence.Skills:- 3-5 years of experience in estimating large-scale multifamily construction projects.- Strong background in HVAC/R and Plumbing.- Proficient in interpreting blueprints and project specifications.- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Benefits:After 90 days, you'll enjoy full benefits, life insurance, a generous 401k match of 4%, PTO, and a bonus or commission structure that rewards your hard work and dedication.
