We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment and supporting our attorneys' professional growth.Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney with a minimum of 4 years in the field. If you're licensed in Ohio (KY and IN licenses are a bonus), we’d love to hear from you! Our firm is committed to your success and will assist with any necessary licensing.Key Responsibilities:• Provide legal counsel and representation in labor and employment law matters.• Manage a partial book of business and develop client relationships.• Collaborate with a team of attorneys across various practice areas.Qualifications:• Minimum of 4 years of labor and employment law experience.• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Compensation and Benefits:• Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 (negotiable based on experience).• Bonuses: Potential for multiple bonuses throughout the year.• Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (firm covers approximately 82% of medical).• Retirement: 5% 401(k) match.• Insurance: Full pay short-term and long-term disability, plus a $50,000 life insurance policy.• Additional Perks: Paid parking, cell phone stipend, and flexibility for remote work as tenure increases.Firm Support: We recognize the importance of marketing and business development.
