Our firm is dedicated to advocating for injured clients and delivering top-tier legal services. We foster a supportive, collaborative, and casual work environment where you’ll work alongside seasoned attorneys and a skilled support team.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join our expanding team. This role is predominantly in-office with occasional remote work options. While trial experience is not a requirement, we value a strong foundation in litigation—particularly in depositions and discovery. This is a prime opportunity for you to refine your litigation skills, manage a diverse caseload, and accelerate your career with the potential for early ownership or equity.Key Responsibilities:Oversee personal injury cases from initiation to resolution.Manage pre-litigation activities, including settlement negotiations.Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and other essential legal documents.Conduct depositions and engage in mediations.Represent clients in court, handling trials when necessary.Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the case process.Operate independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Travel occasionally across the state for court appearances or client meetings.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensed in Wisconsin.1-4 years of experience managing personal injury or similar litigation cases.Strong background in pre-litigation settlements and litigation preferred.Exceptional negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a high volume of cases.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, while also excelling independently.Open to candidates transitioning from defense to plaintiff work.Salary & Benefits:Competitive base salary with significant performance-based bonus potential.Opportunity for early ownership or equity based on interest and performance.Comprehensive employer-subsidized health, vision, and dental insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Friendly and supportive office culture with abundant opportunities for professional growth.Primarily in-office work with some remote flexibility available.Send resumes to eric.vetter@gogpac.com
