Our partner excels in bridge deck overlays, including HMWM, epoxy, and polyester concrete overlays, and continues to lead the industry in structural repairs.Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with bridge repair experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, particularly in asphalt or bridge repair, and be prepared for a role involving significant travel.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee bridge repair projects from inception to completion.• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.• Travel extensively (50-60%) to project sites, primarily across the southeastern U.S.• Potentially spend up to two weeks on location with weekends at home, though on-site presence may vary.Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, ideally within asphalt or bridge repair.• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager, with a willingness to learn and adapt.• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.• Willingness to be a hands-on leader, working alongside the crew as needed.• Experience with bridge repair and overlay methods is highly desirable.Salary:• Project Manager: $80k-$100k• Superintendent: $90k-$120kBenefits:• Competitive salary• Comprehensive coverage for lodging, travel, and expenses while on-site• Opportunities for growth and promotion within the companyHow to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to ShaLinda Brandon-Trudel at shalinda.brandon@gogpac.com or contact her at 605-403-5095.Join a leading construction firm and contribute to impactful projects with a company that values your expertise and offers competitive benefits.
