This is not your average banking gig - this is a chance to grow your career and make a real impact in the industry!We offer competitive wages, benefits include paid vacation, insurance (health, dental, vision) and 401K.What you will be doing:• Service account relationships by providing financial advice and counsel on investments to customers and prospective customers.• Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business and cross-sell services.• Interviews loan applicants to determine their needs and provide recommendation for the right credit products to help meet their goals.• Maintain an active knowledge base of organization’s credit products and qualification requirements for applicants.• Manage loan portfolio in accordance with credit policy including but not limited to renewals, modifications, updated credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring.• Utilize professional judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization.• Maintains a positive working relationship with customers, bank staff, local professionals, centers of influence, and community organizations.• Participate in community and professional organizations and events.• Uses experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Qualifications• Currently Commercial lending in the local market.• Experience with achieving high production goals.• Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.• Familiarity with the loan processing and closing processes.• Excellent communications and customer service skills• Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers• Knowledge of bank regulationsFor additional information on this opportunity contact Dave Ovall directly at 605.872.5094.
