Business Development Executive

MERGE is looking for a VP, Business Development Leader to drive growth in the Retail practice area, focusing on crafting strategies and building a robust sales pipeline for new prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Lead agency prospecting within the Retail team
Generate at least $2M of net new revenue annually
Manage business development activities including the RFP and Pitch process
Participate in weekly and monthly pipeline reviews
Elevate MERGE’s presence at industry events

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
MBA preferred
