General Summary of Position:
The Graduate, Online & Professional Studies team is seeking a part-time Support Specialist. This role is vital to supporting the needs of the Graduate & Undergraduate admissions, recruitment, advising, and student services teams through various administrative tasks, customer service, and student support. A strong desire to provide top-tier customer service is a must.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; answering phones, processing paperwork related to student applications, processing registrations for non-matriculated students, entering transfer credit information, answering emails, and updating and maintaining student records.

This is an on-campus, part-time, 18 hours per week in Lowell, MA, non-benefited, non-union position.
The GPS office is generally open from 8:30 am-5:00 pm M-F. The ideal candidate will be available to work at least one shift until 5:00 pm each week. Office hours increase to 8:00 pm M-TH during high volume times (3x per year). Flexibility is required during those times.
