Our internships are designed to provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you've learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.As a Product Manager Intern, you will collaborate with our regional team in Singapore as well as our business and tech teams across the region. Your role will involve market landscape analysis and product ideation to refine our product strategies and execute part of the strategy through product development. Your contributions at Grab will directly impact our product and user experience. Additionally, you will have numerous opportunities to engage with various stakeholders within the organization, gaining insights into Grab's success stories and growth journey.Key Responsibilities• Assist in the development and management of product features, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design to guide products from conception to launch.• Conduct market research to identify user needs and business opportunities.• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.QualificationsThe Must-Haves• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Proficient in English (from Upper-intermediate/B2 level), in both written and verbal, with strong team collaboration skills.• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.• Critical thinking skills, proactive attitude, and a readiness to take on challenges.The Nice-to-Haves• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.• A deep sense of empathy for users, understanding their needs and experiences.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles• Previous internship experience in Product Management or a related roleAdditional InformationWhat we stand for at Grab:We are committed to building an inclusive and equitable workplace that enables diverse Grabbers to grow and perform at their best.
