Business Platform Tech Family (BP TF) is a platform TF with the mission to create an easy-to-use platform that empowers every business in Southeast Asia to connect, engage, and transact with Grab consumers.

Get to Know the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Lead Product Manager to join our Business Platform team. This is an individual contributor role focused on empowering our valued merchant partners. You will oversee the strategy, development, and optimization of products and features designed to help merchants better understand their business performance, unlock growth opportunities, and operate more efficiently on our platform. This is a critical position with a significant impact on our merchant ecosystem. 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas within the merchant growth and efficiency domain.
  • Deeply understand merchant needs and pain points through direct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and data analysis.
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to analyze merchant data, identify trends, and measure product impact.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) through experimentation to drive product decisions and measure merchant success.
  • Collaborate closely with your cross-functional team comprising both Tech and Business Stakeholders
  • Embrace AI and LLM in your daily work and product design.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a track record of launching and iterating on successful products.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience using data visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and defining/tracking B2B or platform KPIs.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
