Gradient is on a mission to automate the modern enterprise, a huge space with over $100B in TAM. Our core product, the Gradient Automation Foundry, makes it easy for enterprises to automate information processing workloads that were historically impossible to automate with RPA or internal tools. We’ve built our own LLMs and technology from the ground up to power privacy sensitive enterprise workloads.
As an early Enterprise Account Executive at Gradient, you will be critical in helping us expand our customer impact in enterprise automation. You will own opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve our sales motion.
In this role, you will:
Drive the entire inbound sales process for enterprise opportunities from initial outreach to close
Proactively source new leads and develop a comprehensive strategy for expanding the company's presence in commercial industries
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional partners throughout a lead’s lifecycle to ensure we have everything we need to maximize the chance of success
Deeply understand potential customers' pain points and guide them towards how Gradient’s solution can address them
Be responsible for meeting (or exceeding) ambitious enterprise contract targets
Establish and build relationships with key executives at target accounts
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 4+ years of sales experience, with a focus on closing net new logos
Have experience carrying out a more consultative sales process, helping the customer understand the value that the product provides
Can skillfully execute on complex deal strategies and navigate intricate corporate dynamics
Demonstrate a consistent track record of large-scale enterprise sales
Can effectively communicate technical concepts to customers of all backgrounds
Are comfortable building and maintaining relationships and participating in customer events (networking events, conferences, etc)

We typically work in-person 2-3 days a week at our dynamic HQ in Burlingame, CA
