As a part-time content marketing writer at Gradient, you’ll craft compelling B2B content that drives our brand’s message and supports our strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop engaging narratives and content that will be used for nurture, campaigns, thought leadership, and technical deep dives. Your words will help us connect with our audience, drive conversions, and build a stronger brand presence.
More specifically, we’re looking for an individual who is passionate about writing and interested in how Gradient’s AI-powered Data Reasoning Platform is helping enterprise customers automate their complex operational workflows - starting with data.
Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various channels, including blogs, white-papers, case studies, etc
Collaborate with marketing and cross functional teams to develop messaging that aligns with our go-to-market strategies and brand voice
Contribute to the development of content strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Collaborate closely with marketing and cross functional teams to achieve visually appealing and on-brand content
Stay updated on AI, industry trends, competitor messaging, and audience preferences to advise content creation and strategy
Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency, ensuring high-quality output that meets our standards
Successfully prioritize multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and upholding meticulous attention to detail
5+ years of experience in a writing or content creation role, preferably in a go-to-market or marketing environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats, including examples of successful marketing or promotional content (e.g. blogs, case studies, whitepapers, etc.)
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles
Proven track record to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Innovative thinker with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and delivering impactful content
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

We are open for remote for this role
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $40/hour with a max of 20 hours per week. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
