Senior Demand Generation Manager

Who we are

Gradient is on a mission to automate the modern enterprise, a huge space with over $100B in TAM. Our core product, the Gradient Automation Foundry, makes it easy for enterprises to automate information processing workloads that were historically impossible to automate with RPA or internal tools. We’ve built our own LLMs and technology from the ground up to power privacy sensitive enterprise workloads.

The role

As the marketing lead for demand generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive demand and pipeline for our business. You will work closely with sales and marketing to create integrated campaigns that effectively reach our target audience and drive conversion. At a startup, you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats within marketing but your core responsibilities will fall within demand generation.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition

  • Develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with the campaign objectives and resonates with our target audience

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

  • Work closely with leadership and sales to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with sales objectives and support the overall sales strategy

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for demand generation and lead generation

  • Manage the demand generation budget and track expenses to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Preferred qualifications

  • Thrive in a scrappy startup culture and want to venture into AI

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years experience in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup

  • Strong understanding of demand generation tactics and strategies, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and marketing automation

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $120,000 and $215,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
