Graduate Administrative Assistant (GAA) - job 2 of 2

The applicant should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written). Candidates must be computer proficient (Microsoft Excel and Google apps), enthusiastic, outgoing and willing to learn and take on multiple tasks. Confidentiality, as well as strong attention to detail, is critical in this position. Job Duties and Responsibilities

The majority of their time engaged in projects related to data science and database management. Although responsibilities vary, they may include:

Review excel documents and databases for accuracies
Help maintain faculty database by updating database using RESTful API
Update and maintain department’s website
