The Office of the Chief Data Officer is seeking a year-round intern to support a growing data operations team who is helping our nation’s Central Bank achieve its mission and strategic goals. Data is truly the lifeblood of our organization and it drives all key decisions and policies. You will help maintain a wide portfolio of economic, banking, and financial data that supports policy making in monetary policy, bank and financial system supervision, and community development.
Operations responsibilities include on-boarding new data assets and providing data support to data users. You will also support projects that are transforming the way we manage data. A customer focused mindset is critical in facilitating this transformation and in supporting our data users’ business needs. Experience with relational databases, Python, Hadoop, Nifi, Spark, and/or Linux is preferred.
