Engineering Manager - Business Applications Engineering (Remote, Canada)
Grafana Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Business Applications Engineering team who will help scale and maintain internal systems while fostering a productive environment for engineers.

- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members
- Coach and mentor engineers
- Provide continuous feedback to engineers
- Review design documents and delivery plans

- Work with People Ops to attract and retain talent
Education
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
