Incentive Compensation Administrator (Remote, Canada)
Grafana Labs is looking for an Incentive Compensation Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing the incentive compensation management system and ensuring data hygiene and process automation.
Skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel
- Knowledge of incentive compensation fundamentals
- Strong communication skills
- Data management expertise
Responsibilities
- Maintain data accuracy within CaptivateIQ
- Audit sales statements for errors
- Partner with stakeholders for Salesforce data compliance
- Create and manage bonus payout workbooks
- Provide ad hoc incentive compensation reports
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics or similar field preferred
