Customer Success Manager PST (Remote, USA)
Join our Success team at Grafana Labs to drive product adoption through impactful engagements, maximize customer value, and build strong partnerships with customers.
Skills
- Technical experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring/Observability
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving startup environment
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a book of business to drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction
- Iterate on the Customer Success framework to provide value at scale
- Collaborate with sales team to develop joint account plans and identify growth opportunities
- Manage post-sales experience including onboarding, optimization, and upsell opportunities
- Conduct virtual and onsite meetings to drive product adoption and retention
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products
- Proactively drive expansion revenue opportunities based on customer needs
- Enhance customer documentation and create internal enablement material
Benefits
- OTE compensation range $191,000 - $229,000
