Responsibilities
Proactively manage a book of business to drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction
Iterate on the Customer Success framework to provide value at scale
Collaborate with sales team to develop joint account plans and identify growth opportunities
Manage post-sales experience including onboarding, optimization, and upsell opportunities
Conduct virtual and onsite meetings to drive product adoption and retention
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products
Proactively drive expansion revenue opportunities based on customer needs
Enhance customer documentation and create internal enablement material
