Manager, Onboarding Solutions Architect (Remote, USA)
Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager to lead a specialized team focused on customer onboarding. This role will ensure customers receive value from Grafana through a transformative experience during their first 90 days.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Onboarding Solutions Architects
- Help create onboarding frameworks and content
- Provision licenses for new customers
- Directly implement Grafana functionality during customer onboarding
- Collaborate with Sales and other teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain high professionalism while managing multiple customers
