Observability Architect (Remote, Brazil)
Grafana Labs is seeking an Observability Architect to help redefine post sales technical partnership and enhance customer experience. This role involves driving transformation in the Customer Experience organization.

- Kubernetes deployment and operations
- Observability solutions understanding
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients
- Design the observability maturity journey of customers
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance
- Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks
- Collaborate with clients to develop technical roadmaps
- Assist in delivering PS engagements
- Conduct training sessions and workshops
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
