Onboarding Solutions Architect (Remote, United Kingdom)
Grafana Labs is creating an Onboarding Solutions Architect team and is looking for technical experts to join the Professional Services team. The focus is on helping customers realize value in the first 90 days after purchase.
Skills
- Kubernetes expertise

- Strong communication skills
- Project management experience
Responsibilities
- Provision licenses for new customers
- Directly implement Grafana functionality during customer onboarding
- Be responsible for full activation within 90 days
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
- Teach training sessions
- Document and share customer success stories
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical acumen
Education
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
