Skills
Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Highly proficient in Powerpoint or Google Slides
Experience with Salesforce and understanding of database fundamentals
Experience with LeanData or lead routing models
Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operational support across Grafana’s Sales Development team
Define and measure health metrics for the marketing-to-sales handoff
Develop reliable business processes to fit rapid growth
Provide long-term vision to leaders by guiding planning
Prepare analysis and recommendations for new initiatives
Benefits
OTE compensation range $115,000 - $140,000
