Revenue Operations Manager, US (Remote, EST)
Grafana Labs is actively looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support the sales development team. The role involves improving business processes, running analysis, and leading planning for the SDR organization.
Skills
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly proficient in Powerpoint or Google Slides
- Experience with Salesforce and understanding of database fundamentals
- Experience with LeanData or lead routing models
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational support across Grafana’s Sales Development team
- Define and measure health metrics for the marketing-to-sales handoff
- Develop reliable business processes to fit rapid growth
- Provide long-term vision to leaders by guiding planning
- Prepare analysis and recommendations for new initiatives
Benefits
- OTE compensation range $115,000 - $140,000
