Senior Engagement Manager (Remote, Germany)
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to drive successful business outcomes for customers in the observability space through effective project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customer projects
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

- Prepare and present regular project status reports
- Facilitate regular team meetings for project success
- Analyze customer feedback and data for improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
