Senior Professional Services Operations Manager (Remote, USA)
Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Professional Services Operations Manager to drive capacity planning, process improvements, and onboarding strategies for their Professional Services team in a remote first environment.
Skills
- Experience with GTM organizations.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce functionalities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and update reports and dashboards to analyze business performance.
- Drive requirements and implementation of processes and policies.
- Coordinate Professional Services partner relationships.
- Plan capacity and report on operational KPIs with finance and analytics teams.
- Implement improvements in customer onboarding processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
