Senior Recruiter - Sales and GTM (Contract 6 months) (Remote, Spain)
Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our GTM teams and leaders, focusing on sales hiring, on a 6 month contract.
Skills
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter
- Experience in sales hiring in SaaS/Tech space
- Networking capabilities with sales professionals
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills using various channels
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Engaging with passive and active talent internationally
- Running full-cycle recruitment
- Guiding candidates through the hiring journey
- Generating offers and handing off new hires
