Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team, providing business and technical consultation to help customers achieve their objectives using Grafana.

- Lead functional workshops with customers to document requirements and design solutions.
- Manage the life-cycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana features.

- Monitor support requests and identify recurrent issues to improve products.
