Staff Data Scientist (Remote, Canada)
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead their predictive analytics practice, working closely with teams across Finance and Revenue Operations to enhance their forecasting capabilities.
Skills
- Production-ready ML models
- Python and SQL
- Cloud data warehouses
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Refine existing time series forecasts for per-customer consumption.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering for model deployment and infrastructure.
- Develop solutions for operational use cases like anomaly detection and alerting.
- Work with RevOps to understand customer consumption for sales planning.
- Collaborate with various teams to ingest new data sources for model improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Masters or PhD is preferred
