Staff Salesforce CPQ Developer (Remote, US)
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Salesforce CPQ Developer to build the next iteration of CPQ systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on Salesforce experience and collaborate directly with stakeholders.
Skills
- Hands-on development experience in Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and other integrated tools
- Strong business partnership and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Lead to Contract process with Salesforce and other tools
- Develop solutions within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Create and update documentation for development applications and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with system functionality
- Create strong business partnerships to gather requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ issues
Education
- Salesforce Certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II
- 10+ years of general Salesforce experience
