We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated leader to join our team as an Employee Relations Business Partner (Manager) at Grant Thornton. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment by driving initiatives to improve employee engagement, collaboration, morale, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a... minimum of five years of progressive experience in the field of employee relations, along with a combination of excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is a strong advocate for employees, understands the importance of building relationships, and is able to maintain a positive attitude while managing difficult conversations. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Monitor employee relations policies and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Identify and address any issues related to workplace conflict, harassment, and discrimination.
Provide guidance and support to all levels of employees in resolving workplace issues.
Design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, such as harassment, discrimination, and performance management.
Foster strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Assist with the development of human resources strategy and initiatives related to employee relations.
Develop and maintain employee metrics and reports to track progress in employee relations initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in employee relations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
