This position is located in Pune. You'll be working in a major tech center of Pune, India. What You'll Do:

You will be creating engaging designs for our website, community events, social media, ads, video content, email programs and more. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and communicate our brand message to audiences. We're looking to create a world-class brand, while driving engagement and awareness for our powerful and differentiated solutions.

Design plays a vital role in developing the story, narrative and memorable brand experiences for our customers and prospects. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer looking to play a significant role in how the world thinks about LogicMonitor across a wide variety of touch points.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a unique ability to leverage both creative and strategic thinking, seek out opportunities to take initiative, and is always willing to take on new challenges with further growth to your design skills.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

• Design production:
  • Owning end-to-end creative process - from concept to production - across all marketing assets
  • Managing the project pipeline and workflow
  • Develop graphic designs from conception to completion
  • Design graphic content including but not limited to illustrations, infographics, sales pages, ecommerce pages, email templates, and paid media ads.
  • Creative blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, etc. for consistency, clarity, brevity, accuracy, and readability
  • Create content that embodies the LogicMonitor brand, provides value to our community, and aligns with business goals
• Creative management & measurement
  
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Partner with other Marketing team members to ensure all plans support and align with the campaign across marketing social media platforms
  • Managing repository of marketing assets
  • Grow and maintain a network of freelance and creative production resources
  • Analyze product objectives to deliver results aligned with project goals
  • Recognize and implement process improvement, while ensuring visual consistency
  • Present key content metrics and results to Campaign Managers and stakeholders monthly

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, preferred not required
• Agency experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative services or creative operations roles with a proven track record of overseeing the work product of internal and/or external designers
• A desire to work hands-on in producing deliverables
• Self-motivated, hardworking problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced understanding of image optimization, file size and type, and font use
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Asset management experience

A plus/nice to have:

• Preferably designing at an enterprise IT vendor
• Additional animation or video experience
