As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Business Development Manager, Professional Services.As a Business Development Manager, Professional Services, you will spearhead business development within existing customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on strategically targeting and engaging with customers, both existing and select strategic accounts, to promote training and adoption services. Your goal is to ensure that customers successfully implement innovative and effective solutions to meet their business objectives. You will play a crucial role throughout the Services Sales lifecycle, from initial discovery to producing the recommended Scope of Work.In this position, you will closely collaborate with the Customer Success & Sales teams as a trusted advisor and business partner. Your strength lies in both business and technical acumen, supported by a proven track record of consistently surpassing sales revenue targets year after year. Your background includes presenting professional services solutions to business and IT executives, with the ability to translate client needs into appropriate solutions.As the ideal candidate, you excel in building confident relationships and identifying key stakeholders, fostering strong rapport. Your experience extends to managing complex sales cycles and navigating enterprise organizations to establish solid engagements with multiple stakeholders. This role will involve travel, and you should anticipate varied working hours.
