• Conceptualize, design, and develop a wide variety of information materials (technical, promotional, informational).
• Design graphics for modeling and simulation applications.
• Develop systems for scheduling and tracking requests for graphics to insure timely and efficient completion of all work products.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and free of errors

• High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience

• 3+ years’ experience with graphics design for gaming or simulation systems
• Minimum of an interim Secret security Clearance and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Experience with graphics design for 2D / 3D modeling and simulation programs
• Experience translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
• Experience designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software and technologies

• Knowledge of Navy systems and processes
• Experience with Agile software development process
• Experience with the following: Maya, Blender, Pixyz, Substance Painter, Unity Game Engine

• Strong communication skills - Strong time management skills
• Must be a strong team player. Ability to collaborate well with others.
• A learn-while-doing attitude with good problem-solving skills
• The ability to remember and put to use both important details and big-picture thinking

• General office environment.
• Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.
• The working environment is generally favorable.
• Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
• Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
