We’re looking for a Temporary Revenue Operations Analyst, a critical position the Sales team relies on for quote and proposal preparation. The Revenue Operations Analyst also serves as the “go-to” resource for sales research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie’s ability to win deals.
You will:
· Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
· Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
· Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
· Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
· Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
· Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
· Assist with sales research and requests
· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
You bring:
· Bachelor’s degree or related experience
· Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc
· A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
· A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
· Strong internal customer-service skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extra credit:
· Previous startup company experience
· Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency
