The Associate Business Partner serves as a strategic partner and provides effective HR operational services and advice to business leaders, managers, and staff to support the delivery of organizational objectives and priorities.This is a contract position hybrid 3x week onsiteResponsibilities:· Serves as a consultant on all HR-related matters, including performance management, capacity building and talent development, and employee relations.· Acts as an employee champion, leadership coach, strategic partner, and change agent.· Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, guides on and assists in performance improvement, and conducts related issues.· Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.Required Skills:· Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.· Effective advisory, presentation, and collaboration skills· Strong project management and analytical skills· Attention to details and sound judgment and decision-making skills· Ability to synthesis and summarize information and situations succinctly and with clarity· Sound judgment when working through complex issues· Ability to analyze, problem solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations· Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organizationRequired Experience:· Bachelor’s Degree in related field· 6-8 years of HR experience-3 years resolving complex employee relations issues.
